Prevention Dimensions is a one-day training that is offered to all newly hired educators. Prevention Dimensions covers topics such as tobacco, drug and alcohol information, anti-bullying and positive peer relationships. In addition to the initial training, there is a one day update training conducted periodically. The Prevention Dimension curriculum has been listed as a “promising” prevention program by the U.S. Department of Education.
