Mentors have received Check and Connect Mentor Training. Mentoring is addressed in two major formats - individual and group mentoring. Students receive mentoring and tracking from the SIS Mentors. Referrals may come from the Jordan School District Appeals Committee, Planning and Student Services, school administrators, counselors and/or parents.
